A Recipe for Smart Kids!

Smart Kids


Ingredients:

Good weather
3-5 school kids
10 free minutes (before the bus comes)
1 giant tree for base


Directions:

1)  Send each kid to the bus stop 5-10 minutes early
2)  Sit back, relax, and enjoy the fact that your child will arrive at school calmer, more attentive, and ready to learn after having just a few minutes of exercise.

Studies of school children are revealing that just 10-15 minutes of moderate activity, such as walking, helps children in school.  Following short bouts of exercise, children perform better at school, are better able to focus in chaotic surroundings, and behave better. So get 'em up a few minutes earlier, take advantage of this great spring weather, and send 'em out to play!!!
